Breanna Kelly, LCSW,BCBA she/her/hers

Breanna Kelly is the owner and lead clinical consultant of Synergy Behavior Consulting, LLC. She has a dual identity as a licensed clinical social worker and board-certified behavior analyst. She is a proud member of the National Association of Black Social Workers. Serving on the national conference committee as well as an active leader in the location Atlanta Chapter of the Association of Black Social Workers.

Breanna has served in various positions within the community, clinical and academic setting. These roles include a community researcher, behavior specialist, inpatient social worker, behavior analyst, crisis interventions, community therapist, and administrative community administrator. She has been working with individuals with intellectual disabilities and complex behavioral needs for over a decade.

Breanna’s areas of interest and expertise include co-occurring diagnosis, trauma-informed behavior analysis, crisis intervention, autism spectrum disorder, and program development. Breanna is committed to educating and providers and caregivers on how to effectively support individuals with complex behavioral needs. Through the work of Synergy Behavior Consulting, Breanna and the team are able to service the community through clinical consultation, professional supervision, and professional development.
